The distance between hands is always important in grapples. Le or Shalikov were on a different level than your target audience. In the technique that Le will keep his balance a lower level athlete can fall. The same technique is done much faster and without putting your foot behind the opponent, but if you do you should have a better footing than what you are showing. You’re quite right. I think it’s the only time I’ve ever done that. I was a little late for the session, as I got stuck in traffic. So I was a distracted and forgot to take it off.

Yeah, the 'there's levels to this'-saying rings true. I wish I could say that he outweighs me significantly, but the truth is that I have around 3 kilos/6 pounds on him (I'm around 70 kg, while he is 67 kg).
